ABOUT THE AUTHORS


MARK BRUTAS graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Bicol University College of Engineering. He finished his Master of Engineering at the Nagoya University Graduate School of Environmental Studies, Japan under the University Global Environmental Leaders Program. He is connected with the Department of Public Works and Highways in the Environmental, Social, and Right of Way Section under the Planning and Design Division. He is a professor of Management Engineering in Aquinas University Graduate School.

HADJE SADJE earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila. He also completed his Master of Arts in Theology specialised in Cross-cultural Theology at the Protestant Theological University-Groningen-Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He took a short course in Groningen Winter School of Human Rights-University of Groningen Netherlands. He is one of selected recipients of scholarship award in Winter School 2015 ProgramBonn International Graduate School-Oriental and Asian Studies-University of Bonn-Germany. He is a member associate in Center for Palestine Studies SOAS-University of London, United Kingdom and Young Initiative on Foreign Affairs and International Relations, (IFAIR) Germany. Presently, he is pursuing his Master of Arts in Theology and Religious Studies at the KU Leuven and Evangelische Theologische Faculteit-Belgium.

VINCENT CASIL is a Philosophy Faculty of the Lyceum of the Philippines University and the City of Malabon University. He took his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in Philippine Christian University in 2011. He is doing his thesis for the degree Master of Arts in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University.

ARLENE AGUILAR obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Aquinas University, Master of Arts in Teaching English from Tabaco College, and Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education from Aquinas University. She is a member of the teaching corps of the Department of Languages, Literature, and the Humanities in Aquinas University. She is interested in pedagogical researches on curriculum development, module development, assessment of learning, and teaching strategies for college learners.

DANILO KEH, JR. graduated Magna Cum Laude in Christ the King Mission Seminary School with the degree Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2011. He finished the degree Master of Arts in Education major in Religious Studies in Aquinas University in 2016. He is a teacher in Basic Education Program of Miriam College in Quezon City and a faculty member in Polytechnic University of the Philippines Main Campus.

ALVIN SARIO is currently the Institutional Research Coordinator of Aquinas University and the Assistant to the Dean of the Graduate School of the same university. He took his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Aquinas University in 1999. In 2005, he finished his Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education at Aquinas University in 2011 and presently writing his dissertation for Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University. His research interests are Hermeneutics, Political Philosophy, and Development Education. His philosopher is John Rawls.
