ABOUT THE AUTHORS


 

RUBEN JEFFREY A. ASUNCION is a faculty member of the Division of History, Department of Social Sciences, UP Los Baños. His research interests include the local history of Kabikolan and its interactions with nearby regions.
 
JOYCE B. BONDOCOY is a faculty of College of Arts, Sciences, and Education teaching Physics, Science, Technology and Society, and Professional Education subjects. She graduated from Bicol University with a degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Physics last 2017. She also obtained her Master of Arts in Physics Education from the same university last 2019. She was a DOST scholar during college and master’s. Her research interests are Physics education, instructional material development and validation, and teaching strategies.
 
JET G. GUERRERO graduated from the University of the Philippines-Diliman with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He finished his Master of Science in Chemistry degree at the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, where he is also currently taking up Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry. He is currently the program chair of the BS Chemistry program of the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi. His research interests include analytical chemistry and sensors.
 
CELESTE M. MANILA is an instructor in the Psychology program at the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School.
 
ALVIN A. SARIO is currently the Dean of the College of Arts Sciences and Education of University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi. He took his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Aquinas University in 1999. In 2005, he finished his Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education at Aquinas University in 2011. His research interests are Hermeneutics, Political Philosophy, and Development Education. His philosopher is John Rawls.
